First, the diversion water must be sufficient。Small sprinkler pumps are generally divided into centrifugal pumps and self-priming pumps。When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, enough water must be added, otherwise it will burn out the water seal。In the later stage, it can be used without water diversion。Before the centrifugal pump absorbs water each time, it must increase the amount of drinking water and close the filling port。

Second, the water source should be clean。When adding water, if the water source is shallow, it is easy to inhale silt, so the water source of adding water is above one meter deep to ensure sufficient water and will not inhale air due to shallow water。When pumping, there can be too many impurities, stone, sediment, etc., in order to prevent blocking the suction pipe, if impurities are found, they should be cleaned up in time。There is usually a filter device at the top of the suction tube, and disassembly is strictly prohibited when absorbing water。Also, when drawing water in ditches and ponds, be careful that all ends of the straw are placed in the water。

Three, the pipeline must be vacuum。The small sprinkler inlet piping system must be kept vacuum in order to draw water into the tank。This requires the pipe system to be sealed reliably, and the pipe cannot be damaged or cracked to avoid water leakage that cannot be absorbed。

Four, water absorption must stop。The small sprinkler must be stopped before absorbing water or spraying water, especially when the loading device must be stopped。

Water must be released in winter。In general, when the small sprinkler is no longer working often in winter, the water in the pump and the water pipe should be emptied to prevent freezing and cracking。If you are still spraying water in the winter, remember to empty the pump and hose at the end of each day。

6. Sewage must be discharged regularly。The water storage tank of the small sprinkler is equipped with a sewage pipe, and the entrance of the sewage pipe is the first point of the water tank。After the nozzle is used for time, some debris will accumulate in the tank。The sewer switch should be turned on regularly to remove debris to ensure that the water becomes clear。

Seven, the sprinkler must be adjusted。The front of the small sprinkler head is close to the ground, the spray pressure is high, and the road can be washed。The position of the rear nozzle is high, the scope of the nozzle is wide, and it can be used for highway subgrade water spraying。Both sides of the side nozzle can be used for watering gardens and trees。Turn off the front nozzle before using the rear nozzle。When using the adjustable nozzle, the width of the nozzle can be adjusted according to actual needs。

Eight, must be regularly maintained。Regularly lubricate each lubrication point of the transmission assembly, often tighten the connection point, and maintain it in time to ensure the normal use of the small sprinkler。
